We take pride in our fast and reliable shipping! We always try to ship within 24-48 hours of your order being placed, and we’ll always notify you as soon as your order ships.
We offer free shipping for orders $25+. Once your order has been shipped, it usually takes 5 to 7 business days to receive depending on your location (in rare cases your shipment might arrive later than the expected delivery date). Occasionally we will ship items to you directly from our supplier. In these cases, orders usually take a bit longer to begin shipping. Once your order ships, tracking information will be updated.
If the parcel has not been delivered within 14 working days of dispatch, please get in touch with us asap so that we can react in time with the carrier.
NOTE: If for some reason, we don’t have an item that, when ordered, was in stock, we will let you know within two days. We give you an expected arrival time of a possible restock and the option of choosing another product. And, of course, you always have the opportunity to cancel and refund your purchase.
